Error code 800, Three in Willow Creek

Hello, I have a problem with the Sims 4, there are 3 lots in Willow Creek that every time I try to go in I get error code 800. I have taken out my cc, deleted my origin cache, clear registry, cache, temp files, and reinstalled origin but nothing works.

Unfortunately we haven't been able to figure this one out yet. This doesn't seem to have impacted a lot of players, so we haven't been able to attain a lot of additional information. This is still definitely an open investigation for us though.
