Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Well, I don't know, whenever I open the game it just appears and I can't play it.
What happens when the bug occurs? Well I try to open the game and then it shows up with an error message saying 'Unable to Start' Sims 4 is already running ' you then press ok and the game never opens.
What do you expect to see? The game would've just opened up.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
