Error code:109:c4a2e22:6b4bfacc.

First of all, the loading screen freezes as soon as it opens and then once I start to travel into other areas of the new world it freezes providing error message "The Game failed to load. Error code:109:c4a2e22:6b4bfacc. It is recommended you relaunch the game". It continues to pop up no matter where I go with my sim, I can't even back on my lot. 

I tried clearing cache, create a new folder, delete saves then creating a new game, repairing, uninstalling, switch to direct x9, windows screen, and disable/delete mods. To no avail, it keeps giving me the error even when I go back into the game after I save and exit the game.

This never happened before, and this just started after the EA and Sims 4 updated. I paid so much into this game and I can't even play it! This is ridiculous!
