error d3382ced-984c6a38-00000000 on windows 10. have uninstalled orgin and reinstalled still getting error please help also done game repair.

You tried this https://help.ea.com/en/article/manually-uninstalling-origin/ and then installed the newest version of Origin from their site and it still won't work?
I ask my fellow Heroes if they know any other solutions to your problem.Have you tried running Origin as an admininstrator and using compatibility mode? 😳
- Yes I manually unstainsalled orgin and sims along with the files twice and still no change also ran a cc cleaner before renstail. Just tried to run orgin as administrator and didn't work bot sure what compatibility mode is.
- I found the Compatability mode and for sims is says ts4 is incompatible and for orgin it shows its on a windows 8 version and I switched to 10 I was able to plays sims on 10 after redownloading the visual c++ until this new issue I will again try unsyslling orgin
