error d3382ced-984c6a38-00000000 on windows 10. have uninstalled orgin and reinstalled still getting error please help also done game repair.

Have you tried running Origin as an admininstrator and using compatibility mode? 😳

Yes I manually unstainsalled orgin and sims along with the files twice and still no change also ran a cc cleaner before renstail. Just tried to run orgin as administrator and didn't work bot sure what compatibility mode is.

    I found the Compatability mode and for sims is says ts4 is incompatible and for orgin it shows its on a windows 8 version and I switched to 10 I was able to plays sims on 10 after redownloading the visual c++ until this new issue I will again try unsyslling orgin

      Hi @pudding1986,

      Please, make sure your antivirus, firewall or other programs are not causing issues. Also, open standard ports for PC and the port 3216. You can find info about how to do those things here.

      If you still have the issue, check this article and give us an Origin Error Report ID (suggested by @crinrict).
