expansion packs dissappeared (sims 4)
I've never had this problem before. Last night I switched over to the EA app since my origin app wasn't working anymore. Today, I tried to play the sims but when I tried to load up my game it says all my expansion packs are gone. Like, it's required to use my saved game. I checked my EA account and it says I already own the packs that I need. What do I do?
@Candyyoongs When you say you checked your EA account and saw your packs listed, did you specifically check within the EA App? If not, please do so now and let me know whether they show up as owned. And if you're playing while offline, please go back online—some players are reporting that the EA App doesn't load their DLC while offline.
If that doesn't help, clear the EA App's cache:

And repair the game: open your game library, hover over the Sims 4 icon, click the three dots, and select Repair.
