@MeghanP99 You can't share packs between two accounts; only the packs that your current account owns will load in-game. You may be able to get a refund for the packs bought on the second account, depending on when that happened and whether you can convince an EA customer support rep to help you. Or you can have your accounts merged.
Either way, I would strongly recommend using live chat rather than email. If you don't see the option, try this link:
Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
