Family I downloaded from Origin don't work!
Hello! I downloaded some families to my Sims 4. However, when i moved it to "edit family" the sim either went bald or the whole body went blue. They're not what I saw when I downloaded it. What should i do with this?
The creator probably used custom content you don't have. Check the comments on the Sim or ask the creator.
