[FAQ] 64 Bit for PC - Post your questions/concerns here

I have Windows 10 64 bits, but when I try to run the game in 64 bits it closes itself after the Maxis logo, no error messages, it only closes. I uninstalled the game (after I saved a copy of my gameplay) and restarted. After that I reinstalled it again and restarted and I still have the same issue.

If I run in 32 bits it opens, and I can play, but my sims keeps freezing while walking and doing things while the time still continue, so normally they don't finish the things they need to do because of that.

My Processor is AMD FX/tm)-8320 Eight-Core Processor

Installed RAM 8,00 GB

System Type is 64-bit Operating system, x64-based processor

My Display adapter is AMD Radeon HD 6450

So I think I should be able to open it. Also when I open the game in 32 bits and I click on the icon in order to see my installed game it gives me the error that service is not available.

I updated the video card and I still have issue.

Any idea?
