"Fast Speed" & "Ultra Speed" fails to work correctly

I have recently been experiencing troubles with my Sims 4 fast and ultra speeds.

Whenever I try to use either of them, they work; however, after pressing normal speed the time goes back a certain number of sim minutes/hours.

I am not sure if this has occurred because I recently installed my "Get To Work" expansion pack. It is really annoying when the time won't work correctly when they are at their job. I don't know if anyone else has been experiencing this, what should I do? Reinstall the expansion pack? If so, how do I reinstall it?
