Yes, I do have this folder and there is content in it.

Do you know what you are missing exactly ?

    In the game, the new world is missing along with the build items, clothes, and hair.

      Try this

      • Close the game and Origin completely (EXIT on Origin)
      • Backup your user files: http://sims4.crinrict.com/en/2014/09/backups/
      • Moving that EP01 folder to the desktop. This should uninstall the expansion pack. 
      • Start Origin and install the EP again.
      • Start your game and see if you still have the issue

      Anyone please help me? "game data incomplete" was my problem too, it will happen once a month. I have not installed origin to play the sims 4, i have played the sims 4 by installing its disc.

        You need Origin to legally play the game. Even the disc version needs Origin.

    I have the same problem.

    First time I could not play, I tried loading the family I wanted to play with but then it jumped back and I needed to choose between willow creek and the dessert. After I repaired the game it still jumped back but this time I could choose between the two home worlds and the promenade, but I still can't play.

    I also checked and I have 3 folders of EP01 with content. and I removed the sims and origin and still had the problem afterwards..

      Sounds like you're having two issue. You're trying to load your family and it just jumps back to the main map ? This would be this issue: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/ISSUE-Loading-family-just-loads-Map-again-Need-your-bugged-save/td-p/4137595/

      @Kenzie2104 Which one ? The one on the first page or removing the files ?

        Okay so yesterday the game was working just fine with the expansion pack. However, when I exited the game and tried to restart it, the expansion pack was missing yet again. I did what you suggested again but it did not work. Is there anything that I can do?
