[FIXED] Must Have The Sims 4 Connected to Your EA Account

My game says "You must have the sims 4 registered to your ea account to access online features" I have been using the gallery a lot lately, but 2 days ago it stopped working and showed this message...

    We believe this is fixed now.  If anyone is still encountering this issue, please let us know.

    they didn't help at all.. I hope there is an update for fixing this issue.. at the moment wont play the sims 4.. until I can go online.. thanks!
