Just a few days ago I was playing Sims 4 and was able to access the online gallery. I logged into today and no matter what I tried I could not access the gallery. A message pops up saying "You must have The Sims 4 registered to your EA account to access online features". Obviously, I found this a little weird since I registered my game almost a year ago and now it's telling me it isn't registered? So I input my product code again and (of course) it says it's already been used.
I logged out of Origin and then in again. I clicked "repair" on my Sims 4. Nothing is working. Is this just a server glitch? An update error? I don't know. Can someone help me?
P.S. I also opened Sims 4 using the shortcut and also just through Origin to see if there was a difference. There wasn't. The same message kept popping up.
I have the same problem! It's so frustrating. Sorry that this isn't an answer, but someone REALLY needs to address this. Hopefully if more people complain, it will be seen.
