folders: EA Games or Electronic Arts?

    @vixxoluxion  The EA Games folder in your first screenshot contains Sims 4's program files, which is a separate set of data that has nothing to do with your user files.  The Electronic Arts folder contains the EA App's program files.

    Please launch the game once, then look for the user folder in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4.  If you can't find it, you're probably looking in the wrong Documents folder.  Here's how to find the correct one:

    You were right, I was looking in the wrong folder. After my PC was formatted, thigs are a little confused to me hehe but soon I'll figure everything out again 🙂
