It looks like sometimes your game gets too little RAM memory available from the system. Strange. Have you tried turning off any overlays you have on your computer? Such as Riva Tuner overlay, Nahimic 2 or similar. If you have MSI Afterburner and it is open when playing - close it. When open MSI Afterburner will cause FPS to drop in the game.
Could you post your computer's DxDiag?

TBH, I'm not much of a techy so I have no idea what Riva Tuner overlay, Nahimic 2 is.. But here is my Pc's Dxdiag info

You have a lot of problems causing by the Malwarebytes program. Uninstalling Malwarebytes from the system can help. You can also after reinstalling download the latest version but I wouldn't do it. To uninstall use the Malwarebytes tool. Windows Defender is protecting you enough.

Run also SFC scan to fix other problems with your system but if you are not tech-savvy take it to the shop that built your computer or you need to ask some friend for help.
