When you go to your desktop and right click it you'll probably see 'screen resolution' when you click that a screen will come up.
When you look in there you'll see the resolution of your screen. Remember that.
Open Sims 4 go to the option menu. And choose for the resolution, the resolution your remembered or what comes as close.
Then save and see if that works.
