game and DLC disappeared from collection when installed from steam

I had The Sims 4 for years, before EA Play was annouced I saw "now free to play" on steam so I clicked and thought nothing at it the problem is, I had vampires, cats and dogs, and werewolf DLCs, an...

Hi @DJNixie 

Is your base game owned through Steam or through the EA App?

I got the game through EA. Then later acquired it via Steam.  When I log into the game on Steam, it opens up the EA app, and shows my saved games from the EA app. But it warns me that my items from the Get to Work pack aren't there and my saved game might get corrupted.
