Game crashes since 05/11/22 after the update from Steam

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just playing as usual. Open the game and pick up a save.
What happens when the bug occurs? After the latest update, my game crashes after a few minutes of playing. Before that, it could freeze too but I could click the Windows button and get back to the game. In this case, I had to switch off my PC. The first time it crashed in the build mode. The second time during live mode: I was able to move the mouse and click on Settings or switch between sims and it was on but I could not click on any object. Usually, if my game never freezes, I still can get back to it and save and it doesn't happen two times in a row and right after an update.
What do you expect to see? I expect it not to crash that often or at least to be able to use the Windows button or Ctrl+Alt+Delete.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. On the fifth of Nov I tried to open the game and Steam showed me an update window. I waited while it was updating, and started playing. I don't know what was that because the latest Sims update released on Nov 1st has been already installed, and I have played the game since and it was okay. I don't know what was the update from Steam.
