Game crashes unexpectedly and i lose all progress after 30mins. Keeps happening

Hi  Im so frustrated. Since the update my game now unexpectedly crashes after 30mins of game play or more and i lose all progress. It just closes with no warning, nothing. I have no idea what to do....
