Re: crushing since last update

every time i open my game  and play for about an hour, the game crashes, out of nowhere.

i tried the "repair" option in the EA app, and also deleted the sims and all my add ons and redownloaded.

also deleted my ea app again and tried to install everything again- still didnt work. 

i currently do not have mods on the game. 

is there something else i can do on my end?
