It happened to me as well, doesn’t seem to be cc or mods as I took them out before. It seems to be on my save file for some reason it only happens in one lot in Sulani where NGata girl lives (the blond one from the trailer) and I’m playing in Plumbellas save file but if I open a new save file it works just fine with and without mods. Maybe it will help?

@chilling_scorpio Thanks for joining the discussion! Hmmmmm I'll try a new save file... I'd tried "save as" but obviously, that's just using the existing game data to create the new, identical save. To be honest, I decided I preferred my game as it was, mods and my fav existing families/lots included over having a pet in game, so I gave up and disabled Cats & Dogs, after which the game reverted to running as before.

@mihaelabee Oh no thanks for posting this! So to update my situation is still not working as of right now after the update, I updated it and restart my PC and still nothing it seems to be only 2 lots in two worlds Sulani and Del Sol Valley (if its relevant idk lol) with houses and household i cant load them, I dont play those household frequently oh the one in Sulani is actually the blond girl from the trailer that EA make and it just wont work. It seem to happen in three of my save files and sadly one of them is my nearly finished save file with houses and townies and stories for my game play. I've contacted the EA chat center for support and nothing from what they have recommended has worked so will try again tomorrow and explain that the patch didn't work see if there's still a chance or its just a RIP save file.

  Try repairing your game in origin click on game library right click on Sims 4 click repair game make sure if you have cc or mods remove them before repairing the game.

    @Rachelharris31 I did I took my mods CC since the first time I contacted EA for it and haven’t put them again in and it didn’t work.
