I was experiencing this in the beginning. Be sure when you replace mods that you delete the old ones instead of replacing them (overwriting). Also, what I found was my biggest problem was the UI extensions cheat mod by weerbesu. Get that updated stat, everything else should come back to normal after.
As for the error code, I’ve been getting it since the patch on Sept 5th, I’ve gotten it with and without my mods active in the game. My guess is that it’s a big from the update or something (I’ve also uninstall and reinstalled origin, repaired my game several times).
The game will play and save like normal, but everytime you travel you will get that error code. As far as I know it doesn’t affect anything. I’ve been playing just fine the last 3 days.
