@MysticMaknae You might have a mod conflict, two mods that are each fine but can't work together. Start adding mods back in batches, testing each time; when the game stops working, you'll know that one of the files you just added is conflicting with something else, and you can split and test just that last batch until you figure out which one.
If the first mod you identify is a problem, you can leave that mod in and repeat the process with the rest of your mods; you should be able to find the second one easily enough.
Keep in mind that if you have more than one pair of conflicting mods, you may need to repeat this process.
