Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 Unable to Start, Already Running

Hi all,

I’ve just gotten a new laptop after 6 months of not being able to play sims which means redownloading sims etc etc. After all the updates and downloading all my packs I’m all of a sudden met with a pop up when i try to enter the game (as attached) every time it doesn’t let me in the game. We have tried updating the new laptop restarting it repairing both the game and the ea app does anyone know how to help or had anyone else had this issue?
