game is disabled or deleted

i am not sure if this is the right place for this. but i was sent here by an EA support Rep. they said they had to escelate my case but also put the issue in here, and see if anyone can help.
when i try to download the game it tells me that the or deleted in an error pop out. 

please find below.

I have deleted and reinstalled the EA app, I have cleared the cache using the App Recovery button in the EA app. i have made sure that the EA app was up todate. by running the EA update app on my PC. and none of this worked. 
I want to be able to play my games but i can not do that and it is upsetting me. also on top of that, i brought the game, and the DLC from EA in 2017, i did not buy it from any other retailer 

Any other ideas you may have for why it is not working would be amazing.

I look forward to hearing from everyone in this comunity.  and getting this problem fixed
