Game is running super slow since last update on Sims 4/March 2021

My game takes forever to come up and when it does it is not running smoothly and will take forever switching to different actions --game play is halted also and "jerky" motion.  No mods at all.  I un...

I'm having the same problem. Everything was working great but suddenly i can't play at all due to extreme lag. I reimaged my PC, updated the latest graphics driver and did a fresh install of the Sims 4 and its supper lag.


Need help please!

@Elmwen  It looks as if the computer is updating which could effect performance. Also Windows does a ant-imalware scan in the back ground - this can and does effect performance. Check in settings - update and security
