game stuck on endless loading screen (only work when offline)

Hi,  I haven't play the sims 4 for months and decided to re-download the game back but i am facing this problem where my game will forever be stuck at the first loading screen. I am playing on EA Ga...

Uninstalled it, but still doesn't work ☹️

@madebyqq  Then try again and see what new error you get, if any.  The information you posted last time was enough.
