@fluffytiera There's nothing obviously problematic in your dxdiag, although it's worth disabling the Game Mode and Game Bar, as the XBox gaming overlay did crash at least once. Both toggles are under Windows Settings > Gaming.
The unrecognized graphics card shouldn't be an issue either, but if you want to get it recognized, add this line to graphicscards.sgr, under the NVIDIA header:
card 0x2488 "NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070" $cardLevelUber $resolutionHigh
Make sure this entry lines up with the others; there should be four spaces before "card."
The next step to try is to play while your computer is completely offline. I realize it's not a good long-term solution, but it's a useful test. You can sign into Origin or the EA App and put it in offline mode, then disable wifi and/or disconnect the ethernet cable before pressing Play.
While doing this, please test a new save in one of the base game worlds, and also let me know what framerates you're seeing. If you don't have a third-party tool to show you, the cheat fps on will make the counter appear in the lower-left corner, over the user interface.

@fluffytiera Did you try running the game with only one monitor? Did you check Task Manager to see if anything is hogging the system? Another thing to check is system temperatures. If something is running hot the system may be throttling (slowing down the processor). Could be something simple as an incorrectly mounted cpu cooler - it is rare but I have seen plastic still on the cooler. I'm assuming this is a fairly new system. It may take some time for Windows OneDrive to sync.

@fluffytiera Try playing in a clean boot:
When you reboot, go through the Task Manager's background processes list shutting down everything that doesn't absolutely need to be running, for example anything from RGB software to MSI Afterburner might still be active. If you accidentally kill the wrong process and it doesn't restart on its own, just reboot your computer again.
The one non-Microsoft service to leave active is the EABackgroundService, which the EA App requires in order to open.
If you're currently using the EA App, it's also worth trying to install Origin to see whether the game runs any better there. Some players can't run Origin anymore, but for those who still can, this sometimes helps.
And again, I'd like to know what kind of framerates you're seeing in-game.
