Game won’t download
Im having issues downloading the game, I was told that EA is having server issues for the sims 4. So I can’t download it. And they don’t know when it’s going to be back up. Anyone else?!

@EA_Solaire I want to start the download again, but I don't know how to do a clean boot of my PC because I'm no tech genius and the instructions just look scary and risky.
@orangesims A clean boot is perfectly safe, and it's also totally reversible when you're done. Just follow the instructions and you'll be fine.
I use the clean boot method to disable individual services all the time, for various reasons, and I've never had any issues with it.
