I do not use one drive. Here is the report!
@MERBEARXO Please disable McAfee entirely and see if you can play. Each Sims 4 crash in your dxdiag is accompanied by a McAfee crash, so that's the first place to look. As long as you don't open anything other than Sims 4 and Origin or the EA App, your computer should be safe. If this does help, you can set exceptions for TS4_x64.exe and the game launcher you're using within McAfee and test again.
If that doesn't help, uninstall any Razer software you have and restart your computer. If this works, you can try reinstalling it, which is sometimes sufficient to fix the issue. But simply disabling the software doesn't always help.

EA put out the fix today, finally updated. Thank you for all the help!
