Gender customization option not showing

I have disabled mods but the gender customization option is not showing in CAS. The game said it updated and showed the latest release notes.

    Oh no, that's indeed not the correct menu you're getting.

    Could you try updating it again? Just right click the game in Origin and check updates.

    Yes, it's the old options and that's all. The new ... does not appear.
