In steam it says that I do. In the app, it does not.

Do you have any other games or DLCs in your Steam library that you got via EA Play? I'm curious is this affecting all of them, or if it's only Get to Work.

I do own other DLC from both EA and steam, and get to work seems to be the only one not working.

Hmm, that is definitely strange. It sounds like this might actually be account-related, but I'm afraid that isn't something we can look into directly here on Answers HQ. When you've got the chance I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can pull up your account and take a look.
