Get to Work still "installing" after more than 1 hour

Just received my Get to Work DVD today. First time I've tried to install it, there was an error message telling me to try it again.

I've closed Origin, open it again and the installation began. Actually, it says it's "downloading", and it's taking ages to do it.

+/-500 KB/sec and the message varies from +/- 1:00/2:00 hours left to download it. The progression bar is extra slow, 450 MB from 1,58 GB so far.

What's going on and what should I do? Is it normal? Should I just left it and wait to see what happens?
