Getting up to talk

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except pet stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Be seated then try to talk to someone else that is also seated.
What happens when the bug occurs? Even if two people are sitting next to each other they still get up to talk every time.
What do you expect to see? Stay seated while talking.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I can't pin point exactly when this got so bad. Seems worse after seasons patch. I know sims used to stay seated when talking, especially if they were already sitting next to the sim. Something happened where any interaction, no matter where they sit, will cause sims to get up. They have been getting up and hugging before interacting for awhile now, but this is something extra. Sims just cannot interact while seated any longer period. It's not musical chairs because they don't sit back down. They override you telling them to sit and talk. They stay standing up.
