Ghost in relationship panel

I just pulled a homeless ghost into the game and moved him in with my Simself. He is showing another ghost that my Simself spoke with at a bar in his relationship panel. I don't see the other ghost anywhere, but apparently he still exists somewhere in the town, since he's still in the panel. I'm not sure how to get the ghost to use the phone yet.
