Glitch at top of screen

Question

Product: The Sims 4Platform:PCWhich language are you playing the game in? EnglishHow often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)What is your current game version number? No ideaWhat expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I dont knowSteps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dont know open the game and look at the top of the screenWhat happens when the bug occurs? Every time i open the game at the top of the screen it gets all glitchy and its kinda like the screen is shaking. This only happens at the top of the screen. Ive tried resitting my PC multiple times and re downloading and i dont know how to fix my issue. I thought mabey it was the mods but i removed them all and it still dosent work. @oliviaann000&nbsp; Has this just started lately or has it been there all along since you first ran the game the first time?One thing you might want to do is go to Game Options - Graphics and try changing them settings there.&nbsp; For instance, try changing Game Quality from Ultra to High, assuming yours is set on Ultra.&nbsp; If not, try dropping it down a level from what it is now.&nbsp; Same for the other settings.&nbsp; Do it one at the time.&nbsp; You probably don't have to change them all.&nbsp; It's probably only one causing the problem if it is due to the graphics settings.

@oliviaann000 Same thing happened to me on my Mac and seems to have been an issue since 2015.
What I did was turned my edge smoothing/edge scrolling to low/off and that took the glitch away. Okay around with that and see if it works.
My whole screen had that glitch so it was impossible to play but that helped the problem. They haven’t fixed the issue on their side.
