@1rarecreation I recommend removing all the cc (move the items to a folder on your desktop). You have to move (don't copy) them out of the game folder, Restart the game and see if the game loads. If the game loads then one (or more) of the cc is in conflict with the game. Custom content is very complex as one cc may be in conflict with another cc - removing one or another may allow the game to work but put both in the game won't work.
I removed all CC but it still did not work. I recently updated origin and sims 4.
