Graphic card error

Hello, i buy "The Sims 4" today and i cant play it... I have a RX 5500 XT 8GB DDR6 i think its pretty enougth too this game... And i also buy a DLC... i hope you repair this issue... Thanks Best Rega...

@MalhadoPT  I can't see your attached photo—this site's virus scanner isn't working properly and is blocking uploads.  Could you try embedding the image within a post?  There's a button to add images above the text field where you type your reply, next to the buttons for emoji and links.

Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

Done mate... I get this issue, my graphic card its very good and pretty new... I can't understand why game don't run in all grapic cards...

    @MalhadoPT  Please run a dxdiag, upload it to a free third-party filesharing site, and link it here.  (This site's virus scanner is currently not working and instead blocking access to all uploads.)  This error often happens when there's a problem with the driver for the graphics card, although it can have other causes, so I'd like to see what card and driver you have, and whether there are any obvious errors.

    Please also let me know whether you've ever edited graphicscards.sgr or graphicsrules.sgr, or added a copy of either file to ConfigOverride.  If you haven't, please don't do so now; I'm just wondering whether you have.
