grayed out llama
I have this grayed out llama that stops me from placing a family in a lot, i tried to disable my mods but it still won't help

Crinrict, does this also work for Mac? I’m not really sure what any of that means
I am so frustrated. I just bought the pets expansion pack and when I opened the game and hit the play button, there is a picture of a gray llama and it says I have no funds. It will not let me load a previous house or play off a previous game. I have shut down my Mac and restarted and even repaired the game and all expansion packs through origin. Please help!

Sounds like a mod issue and yeah, above should work for mac as well.
I have the same issue. I have a save file and my main family is replaced with a gray llama icon and I can't enter the household. I tried uninstalling my more traits mod, thinking that was the cause, but it still isn't working, and Idk what to do.
I also really don't understand technology :/
@lxceberry omg I'm panicking, I tried removing all my mods and it won't work 😓- @lxceberry Are you also on Mac ? Or on PC ?
