Green Rebate Global Policy no longer enacted, but Sims are still losing power
My Sim had enacted the Green Rebate Global policy. I realized it made my Sims in other neighborhoods lose their power from 8-10 every day, so I had my Sim repeal the policy. However, power is still going out every day from 8-10pm. When I click on an electronic during that time, it says, "An energy shortage occurred during peak hours due to the Green Rebate Policy."
I do not have any mods.
I repaired my game.
I had my Conservationist Sim move out of his house and move into a new lot. I then had him quit his career.
When none of that worked, I had him rejoin the Conservationist career. I clicked on "Consult on a Global Policy" to see what the options were, and all options were available - it showed as if the Green Energy Rebate Policy was not enacted.
I am not sure what to do next. This is so annoying. There are no other Conservationist Sims, just him.
My game is updated to the most recent version.
