Growing Together not showing up in game

@LarkLierre  In-game, do you see that you don't own the pack, or that it's not installed?  If the latter, do you have the CAS Demo installed?  That's a known issue:

I'm also having this issue and I don't have the CAS demo installed. I spent $40. What gives?

I'm having the same issue, I pre-ordered the game and pre-downloaded it on the 14th and now the new content isn't showing up in game. It shows that I purchased Growing Together and there's nothing to download, but still nothing in game.

Is any able.  Growing together 

I have the same problem! I reset my game 3x plus closed origin 4 times nothing.

Same here!! I’ve tried everything .. disappointing!

The new growing together pack is not showing up in my game. The game says you already on this pack. EA says that the pack has been downloaded, and the pack shows up in my library. And game I cannot enter the new world. And build by mode I cannot select the new pack going together, and none of the items will show up. If I try to enter the world it says oops come back later.

  I'm visually impaired and I've been trying to get help all day. I have tried this twise now. It tells me to fix the highlighted areas. I could barely see them. EA carries very little for accessibility.

SAME! i preordered and it shows (in game) that i own the pack but when i get into the gameplay there is nothing from growing together.... so fustrated after EA almost made me repurchase the game

It shows up on my game, but I cannot view the map at all, just a blank white screen with my sim in the corner and the usual camera options etc at the top

Hi, I bought Growing Together about an hour ago. I was e-mailed a receipt for the purchase, and I see it in my order history under my account settings, but in the EA app, it doesn't register that I own the content. All other packs that I own are marked as such ("You own this add-on"); Growing Together has a "purchase" button, so I can't download it.
