Dear Origin Sims 4 Preload Digitial Deluxe Party People,
YOU LET ME DOWN! This is why people turn to piratebay and hacking, when the good abiding people of the world trust and respect the sims eno...
Hello,
Unfortunately your processor is a little underpowered, and is borderline for meeting the minimum specifications for the game. Therefore, this lack of processor capability is likely to be causing these crashes before the game is fully loaded. Even if you were to succeed at opening the game, you would likely receive poorer performance than perhaps you would enjoy.
I'm sorry for this inconvenience,
Cody
Ive heard from other sources that my dual core processor is well above the minimum. The sims 3 played so well on my alienware.. after all it is a gaming laptop so i dont think i agree that the dual processor is somewhat inefficient,so far, i can play any PC game that I ever tried.

Well above? no... but I think it should be able to as it's on par or slightly above the minimum. Coupled with a 335m it should be playable.. what frame rate to exect I don't have a clue.

Looks like it's using the Intel Graphics (which are massively out of date, Driver Date/Size: 1/11/2012 ) and not the 335m nVidia.
first updated your nVidia drivers.

next set the nVidia control panel to use the "high performance processor" for Sims4.

(Replace BF:H with Sims4; it's the same difference)
nVidia Control Panel -> 3D Settings -> Program Settings -> Add Program (Sims4) -> High Performance Processor

I appreciate the suggestions and help. But my laptop is 4 years old. It is not out of date. According to its specs, it is upated to its full and compatible potential regardless of the year (2012). My laptop's 335m nVIda lastest update was in 2011. I updated my nVIdia driver to the lastest available and to my expectations, absolutely nothing has chnaged in terms of the sims 4. According the sims 4 specs and my specs, there should be NO PROBLEMS whatsoever. I mean i could understand if i played the game and its performanced sucked but.. not to be able to play the game at all is just plan weird. The Sims 4 demo played very well and smoothly with the quality on high. This leads me to believe that its Origin's fault, and maybe i might have to redownload the entire game. I dont think my poor alienware has done anything wrong.
By the way I dont have access to the link in regards to set the NVIdia control panel to high perefromance using "BF:H" forum. it says its restricted.
Hello,
The latest driver for your graphics chip was posted on 7.27.2014, and can be found here:

Once you have updated to this driver, please try the steps that WootCandy suggested again, or use the link below.

I hope this helps and keep simming,
