GTX 1050 Ti - 5FPS shows 0% GPU Usage

Hi,

Got a Q9550 overclocked from 2,8ghz to 3,8ghz combined with 8gb memory and a GTX 1050 Ti 4GB.

Been playing Sims 4 for a long time with top performance and quality until recent patch.
Now I'm getting stable FPS of 5-10, doesn't matter what I do or change - it stays the same 5-10 FPS.

Been trying other games such as PUBG, Battlefield 1 ++ and all other games have stable FPS at 60+.
It is just The Sims 4 that's having issues it seems and I've seen other people complaining about it as well, something went wrong after recent update?

I've already checked the configs / logs and the game clearly recognize my GPU Card as GTX 1050 Ti and I can even find it in the list as well.

Installed all the vcredist files over and over again both x86 and x64 vcredist. I ran windows update as well until there wasn't more to update.
Reinstalled the whole origin and uninstalled The Sims 4 and reinstalled - nothing helped.

Even messed around in Nvidia Control Panel to add a custom profile for the game for both x86 and x64 part of the game - Still nothing.

By looking at the picture I added here there is obviously something wrong with The Sims 4 as it doesn't use anything of my GTX 1050 Ti.


Any ideas?
