Had to get files from Steam onto another computer, now missing occult in CAS

Hello all,

For nothing to do with The Sims 4 my laptop crashed and burned. So I downloaded the game from Steam, but when I go to CAS there is no option for occult sims except for the new 'Chose a  Death'.. I own every single pack to date. It seems that the game is acknowleding that I have all the packs, I verified my files. I am not using any mods. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
