@AbbieBreeze A dxdiag is always appreciated, but in your particular case, it doesn't show anything obvious. Is OneDrive running on your computer? Even if you never use it, it could be interfering with the game, specifically the user folder in Documents. So try pausing OneDrive syncing before you play; you can see the option by right-clicking the OneDrive (cloud) icon in the lower-right corner of the screen.
If that doesn't help, please let me know what antivirus you use.
I do want to mention that your C drive is getting somewhat low on space. You could move some data to or reinstall a few apps on G, which is of course the same drive and therefore just as fast.
