@HawnaKitty  What's your budget?  While $700 CAD isn't a lot when you're shopping for a gaming laptop, you could do better on the hardware.  For example, this one is also $700 and has a stronger processor with a faster graphics chip than the one you linked:

It's still not a true gaming laptop, but it should run Sims 4 on medium graphics settings even with all current packs installed.

The graphics chip in these two isn't as fast as the chip in the one above, but in case you want some other options:
