help games wont load

can someone please help why my game wont load or if it does it crashes. i do tried everything to fix it. i removed mod, repair games. unstail it and ea and restall but nothing work. when i open it sa...

    @jessyjessicax  Your new dxdiag lists a few crashes of the graphics driver, or one of them anyway.  So please update the Nvidia driver.  Go here:

    https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/

    Choose GeForce, 10 series (notebooks), 1050, Windows 11, and download the Game Ready Driver.  Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator."  Choose the Custom (not Express) install method, and check the box to perform a clean install.  Restart afterwards and before trying to play.

    Please continue to test with no mods or custom content, at least for now.
