I just downloaded my sims4 onto my laptop... its connected to my ps4 account but its not showing any of my previous builds/sims. Also its not coming up with my previous purchases (packs). Also why is there no live support from ea? so hard to sort something that seems so simple.
@CyanneCyrusx Are you saying that you're not seeing the packs you purchased for Playstation and the households and builds you created there? Both of these are by design. Packs don't transfer between platforms:
Saves, saved households and builds, and all other user files are stored locally on the device where they were created. EA doesn't support cloud saving for Sims 4. Saves can't be transferred between console and PC, but you can at least upload your saved households and builds to the Gallery, then download them on your PC.
As for live support, it exists, but accessing it sometimes requires jumping through hoops, finding exactly the right category of issue. Support isn't going to be able to help with the missing packs though.
