    Are you using mods in your game ? Namely this one: fogitymenuenabler ?

    If so, remove it from your game it's incompatible with the new patch

If you right click on TS4 in origin and hit 'repair game' it should work!

Just wondering if you click 'repair game' if you lose all your families/builds? Thank you!
