    @GiardiniDiMarzo  I don't see anything in your dxdiag that would suggest problems with Sims 4.  You should be able to play on ultra graphics settings, and any lag or performance issues you see would likely be the game's fault, not your computer's.

    While your graphics driver is a few months old, it's new enough to work fine with Sims 4, and the dxdiag doesn't list any graphics-related errors.  It's not necessary to keep the graphics driver completely up to date; it's fine to wait 6-9 months to update if you're not running any new games, you don't see any related issues, and the new driver doesn't offer a feature you'd like to have.

    Your dxdiag does list a few Windows update errors, so you may want to run the updates manually and see if any of them fail to install.  Click Windows key-i, select Update & Security, and click the box to check for updates.  If you get an error, or the process hangs, let me know.
